During this time, our thoughts are with all those affected by the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) around the world.

Like any family, we are in this together and we are here for you.

For us, that means continuing to safely produce the essential products that our communities rely on with the utmost of care. On the ground, we have implemented the strict precautionary measures from local and global experts to help keep our people safe. We want to express our gratitude to every Saputo employee for their ongoing passion and dedication during these unprecedented times.

Together, we bring good to the table.
Inspiring stories since 1954.

At Saputo, we pride ourselves on having a sound workforce by recognizing talent and encouraging the professional development of our employees in their leadership roles. We support our employees’ objectives to further their careers with us, which is complemented by hiring new talent that will strengthen our already experienced team.

Our continuous efforts ensure we are providing an attractive employment package and hiring the right people. Along with offering the necessary professional training and guidance to new employees, we keep on building a sense of belonging and teamwork.

We offer leadership development, mentoring programs and personalized training so that our employees can continue to grow along with our business.

Saputo's internship program blends real world experience with an extensive overview of one of the largest cheese manufacturers in the world. The paid internship program is typically 10-12 weeks in length and offers a unique perspective into a world-class cheese company.

We offer internships for a variety of majors including Food Science, Engineering, Marketing, Human Resources, Supply Chain and many others. The internships are designed to allow college students the opportunity to integrate the knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and skills development in a professional setting. Many of our internships result in a full-time role after graduation.

Our Human Resources team would like to speak with you about your career! Meet us during a college visit near you.

The Mentor Program provides support, encouragement, training, and development to new college recruits, newly promoted employees, and current employees identified for succession into a key position. The program is designed to foster both personal and professional growth and to help develop goals and objectives that will provide advanced leadership skills to the mentees.

One of the greatest benefits of the program is having our future leaders carry on the goals of the organization. The program helps us to sustain the current Saputo culture and values while allowing us to pass down best practices and knowledge.
